Futur Labs started with a confession: we love the part of the job everyone else dreads. The duplicate data entry. The spreadsheet held together with hope. The five tools that refuse to talk to each other. Hand us that knot and we’ll happily disappear into it.
The “Labs” is the honest part. We treat every build as an experiment — a hypothesis about what’ll actually move the needle, the smallest version that proves it, then measure and sharpen. No eighteen-month guesses.
And here’s the payoff: when you genuinely enjoy solving the hard problem, the business on the other side just… runs better. Teams stop fighting their tools. Hours come back. Costs fall. That’s the whole reason we exist.

We’re a small senior team on purpose. The people you meet on the first call are the people writing your code — no account managers, no offshore handoff, no junior pass-through. When you hire us, you get us.
We stay small because curiosity doesn’t scale through headcount. Everyone here would be tinkering with this stuff on a weekend anyway; we just got to make it the job. That shows up in the work — we care whether the thing is genuinely good, not just shipped.
We’re remote-first on Pacific Time, mostly async, and we’ll happily get on a plane when a problem is better solved in the room.
