Agency ERP runs a marketing agency's operations end-to-end — campaigns, projects, retainers, billing, capacity, and client work in one system. We built it from scratch in Next.js and Postgres because every off-the-shelf agency tool either missed half the workflow or required a license stack that wasn't worth paying for.

It's also where we test the patterns we ship to clients. AI agents for triage, scope estimation, and status reports — embedded directly in the day-to-day workflow. If we wouldn't run it ourselves, we won't sell it.

Reliable Training is a complete production ERP we built for a forklift, scissor-lift, and boom-lift training company. It handles session scheduling, trainee registration, instructor rosters, payments, accounting, and operational insights — replacing a tangle of spreadsheets and disconnected tools.

The system has clean separation between operations, an Accounting module, and an Insights layer for reporting. Built to handle the actual rhythm of a training business: daily rosters, payment confirmations, instructor assignments across multiple courses.

Arlo wires Claude into the platforms agencies actually use — GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta, Shopify, HubSpot, and 100+ more. You ask questions in natural language; Claude calls the MCP tools, queries the data live, and answers from the real numbers. No dashboards, no warehouses, no reporting day.

Pass-through architecture: Arlo never stores client data. Only encrypted OAuth tokens (AES-256-GCM) get persisted. Built for agencies managing 10–200 clients who hate the platform-switching tax. It's the architecture we use as a reference for client AI agent builds.

Annatype is a production AI product we built from scratch — strategy, model selection, integrations, deployment, the whole stack. The same end-to-end ownership we bring to client engagements.

Olliebooks is a financial-operations product we built — the kind of accounting layer that often gets integrated into a custom ERP build. Production software, owned by us, used in the real world.
